While any oil can be used in producing soap, conscientious buyers will know the quality of the soap relies on the quality of the source. Even triglycerides from cooking oil may be used in soap, but the resulting product will indeed be poor.

Our producer, Zest Ayvalik, uses first-harvest and cold-pressed olive oil whose quality is high enough to dress a dinner salad. Each Soap Bar is around 100 grams ~ 0.20lbs. Because they are handmade, their weights may vary.
